„Staff was super kind and helpful! Everything is clean, rooms are nice and it's in a quiet and nice neighborhood in Tokyo. Lots off traditional restaurants and also a supermarket nearby. Easy to reach from the subway. It's a little retro and the room smelled like cigarette smoke, however we got room spray from the staff, which made the smell go away. All in all a nice and affordable hotel for Tokyo!“

„This place was pretty much everything we needed for a large group going to Tokyo. The location is great! Less than 10 minutes from a train station that takes you where you wherever need to go. Plenty of food options near by. Just far enough from the city sounds but close enough to catch a cheap cab back! The rooms were clean and pretty spacious. The restrooms were also very clean and the shower/bath room are awesome. The washer/dryer were an huge help for our stay and we made good use of them. ...

„マンションを何部屋かホテルとして借り上げたかんじです。地下鉄駅目の前で道路に面しており車の騒音がダイレクト。階段しかなく、喋りながら階段を上がる他の部屋の客の声が室内に丸聞こえでうるさかった。トイレとシャワーは同じ風呂場にあり、仕切りや高低差なし。シャワー浴びる際は濡らさないようトイレットペーパーを外しておかないといけない。風呂場がとにかく臭い。風呂場用スリッパはキッチンのシンク下に入っていた。部屋は臭くない。トイレットペーパーの替えはなし。使い捨て歯ブラシと個包装のコットン&綿棒は机に沢山置いてあった。“

„Nice and clean. Simple and a bit old furnished but overall very good. New sofa and living room table needed, they were old and a bit dirty, otherwise very good.“

„The apartment was in a lovely location, about an eight minute walk to the closest station or if your adventurous like me, only about a 25 minute walk from Shibuya Scramble or 30 minute walk to Shinjuku. The bed was comfy and I slept quite well. Check-in was quite easy and the communication with the host was quite easy as well. I'd stay here again.“

„Place was convenient to travel to hotspots and outer Tokyo. I’d recommend this place for short term stays as it’s quite small and not too much room for multiple luggage’s. it be great if the room owners added extra pillows and towels as the pillows are extremely flat and uncomfortable and the towels are very thin. I’d also suggest removing the big round table in the bedroom to make extra space and replace with something more convenient for guests. Other than that room was great. “

„This property made for an excellent stay in the Shibuya/Setagaya area. Very well equipped space (kitchen, laundry, shower room, etc) has everything you could need to live comfortably, and the little patio area is a lovely place to get some morning sun after waking up. „Das einzig Positive ist die Lage der Unterkunft. Das Wohnviertel ist sehr schön und allgemein ruhig. Die Kommunikation mit dem Betreiber war nicht vorhanden. Auf 4 Emails von mir wurde nicht ein mal geantwortet. Das Doppelzimmer ist für 2 Personen definitiv zu klein. Am Tisch war Platz für eine Person. Die Zweite konnte sich dann aber nicht mal mehr im Zimmer bewegen. Fernseher war vorhanden, es konnten aber 0 Sender empfangen werden. Aus der Dusche kam immer nach einer Minute schlagartig nur ...

"Sehr kleines, nicht sehr gemütliches Zimmer. Bett ok, die Einrichtung war schon Jahrzehnte alt. Im TV kein englischsprachiger Kanal. Lage ok, ca 1km zum Bahnhof Shinjuku, Restaurants in der Nähe. Standard 2-3 Sterne maximal."
