"We had a great time at the Hyatt Place Medford. Very clean and huge room. Breakfast was great for a good start into the morning. The hotel will be redesigned in 2023/2024. Pool is already finished. Driving downtown Boston is about 15 min. with an Uber no problem. Special thanks to Ramona “you made my day” ❤️."

"Bei der Ankunft mussten wir erst mal warten bis jemand an die Rezeption kam. Ich weiß am Sonntag spielten die Patriots aber für so ein Zimmer 141 Dollar zu kassieren ist einfach nur frech. Es gab nur 3 Handtücher kein Shampoo oder irgendwas zum Duschen. Es gab keinen Kühlschrank und die Betten waren auch schon durchgelegen. Am besten war aber der Boden. Bei jedem Schritt dachte man, man bleibt am Boden kleben.Da bringt es auch nichts wenn man sich sagt "es ist nur für eine Nacht" auch dieser Gedanke macht es nicht besser. Nicht buchen sondern sucht euch ein anderes Motel oder Hotel."

"Das Inn ist komplett in Ordnung, wenn man nicht zuviel erwartet. Es ist halt etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Der Service war hervorragend (super Tips zu unserem Tagesausflug nach Boston). Die Dusche hatte einen tollen Stahl. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist unschlagbar!"

"Wir haben das Hotel für die erste Nacht nach Ankunft gebucht, da es einigermaßen bezahlbar war für Bostoner Hotelpreise. Wir hatten die Bewertungen vorher gelesen und stimmen dem zu, dsss es eher einen heruntergekommenen Zustand hat. Aber, das Bett war super, es gab saubere Handtücher und guten Kaffee."

"They charged me for "gift shop" items which I never bought. Only noticed when I asked for a receipt at check out. The employee at checkout didn't even look at me when speaking and simply said the manager will come in 2 hours I can't help! This was not the first time such a thing happens check out other reviews. The rooms and building is in bad shape. The air conditioning was very loud you have to turn it off to bear it (it caused the bathroom door and floor to vibrate). No regulator room cleaning you have to request it the night before if you need any cleaning or service. Breakfast is ok but full of unnecessary plastic (ex. Milk in sachets) "

"Late night arrival and some check in hurdles made the start of the stay a bit challenging, but when the lovely front office desk lady took over she transformed the stay into a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere making us want to come back soon. Great terrace, comfortable beds, awesome pool and stunning skyline views. Thank you Kayle."
