First off, let me start by saying we're gonna start with the good. All of the images that are for the property are exactly how the property looks. That's where the good ends if you are. Looking for privacy. This is not the place, the owners of the residence stay on top of the apartment. Check in process was very vague. Only pictures of front door closed the front. Door open after calling host and sitting there for 20 minutes. Host husband came out and let us in and did not make eye contact instead of greeting us

Host came home and decided that my family had to leave when I asked the host why my family had to leave and she went on to explain to me that that is verbo's policy. Also I am supposed to be okay with paying a $290 host fee for a host that did not host at all only for the host to host also threaten me into given good reviews. I obviously don't do threats
