„This house was perfect for our family while my son had a baseball tournament in Franklin. It was very clean and we enjoyed coming back every day after a long day on the fields to relax. It was close to everything we needed. The communication with Abigail was amazing and she was always available to answer any questions we had. We would stay there again for sure!“

„We had a graduation family reunion and the property and house were absolutely beautiful. It was perfect for what we were looking for. Everything for every family member and we had plenty of space. We were not right on top of one another. Owner came out to fill the feeders to help maybe see some elk. Wonderful time nd everyone enjoyed themselves. “

„This was such a lovely townhome. It was very quiet and I felt perfectly safe. I was visiting my son from out of state and got this place so we could spend quality time together. It was decorated the way I would decorate my own home and had a mid century modern theme. Every decorating touch was perfect, from the fixtures to the plush towels and the color harmony.The kitchen is well stocked with utensils and dishes and allowed us to cook and even had some spices. „We had 1 infant and 14 adults in town for a Fighting Texas Aggie graduation on 5/17/25 and we all stayed at Whoop Acres. Communication prior to arrival, was great with the property manager and Fred, the owner. They were very accommodating and check in was extremely simple with the detailed instructions. The house had everything we needed and provided a big place for all of us to gather after graduation. Great memories were made. Whoop Acres is an excellent place to stay!“
