„We needed an affordable place to stay while I attended a statewide weaving conference. It was close to the location, comfortable for my husband while I was busy and very close to lots of great restaurants. The neighborhood was very quiet and the efficiency suited our needs very nicely. “

„We were in a town for a weekend of softball tournaments, we booked here because hotel rooms were double their usual price. It actually turned out to be better in the long run we had 2 bathrooms and plenty of space. The host was very informative and friendly and provided all the information we needed. We did not have any issues. We will definitely book this place again when return to College Station for tournaments. “

„We had 1 infant and 14 adults in town for a Fighting Texas Aggie graduation on 5/17/25 and we all stayed at Whoop Acres. Communication prior to arrival, was great with the property manager and Fred, the owner. They were very accommodating and check in was extremely simple with the detailed instructions. The house had everything we needed and provided a big place for all of us to gather after graduation. Great memories were made. Whoop Acres is an excellent place to stay!“

„This was a very clean and charming home. The neighborhood was quiet. If you are bringing a pet, the front gate needs a latch. The back yard is very nice and big but, there are some gaps in the chain link fence that could be zip tied together but if you have a big dog it would be ok. Also, the neighbors do not have their dogs on leashes . It is very close to grocery stores and restaurants. We enjoyed it!“

„My family stayed in Abigail’s home during the Texas Association of Basketball Coaches /Texas UIL Girls Basketball showcase. Five adults and a couple fur babies in our group. The home was very clean with extra everything easily accessible. Smart tv’s everywhere. USB’s at the bedsides. Washer and dryer. Outside covered sitting area and fast internet. „We were looking for a getaway from big city life while supporting our kids at College Station for the TABC event. And we got just that. This little cottage is perfect in every way. Well appointed. Quick support. And such a beautiful area. We loved the fresh eggs and also feeding the pony apples!! “
