„Home is lovely and in a prime lake spot. It’s private and right off the water. Perfect for hosting a family getaway. Plenty of space for our party of 7, all adults and one toddler. We even got some fishing in and just floated the lake before coming in and having some food on the grill. The home is clean and decorated well. „We had 1 infant and 14 adults in town for a Fighting Texas Aggie graduation on 5/17/25 and we all stayed at Whoop Acres. Communication prior to arrival, was great with the property manager and Fred, the owner. They were very accommodating and check in was extremely simple with the detailed instructions. The house had everything we needed and provided a big place for all of us to gather after graduation. Great memories were made. Whoop Acres is an excellent place to stay!“
