„You have alot of places with in a three to five minute walk. The train and bus station, grocery store, pharmacy. The place is nice and quiet as well. It is fully supplied with tableware for the guests staying longer. Check in and out are hassle free. “

„Very nice house. Proximity to the JR Shin Koiwa station makes getting anywhere in Tokyo very easy. It’s about a ten minute walk. Host is excellent and communicates well. Very quiet neighborhood. If you can navigate the excellent Tokyo rail and subway system this is an excellent choice for your visit. I would not hesitate to book the Kanae House again. “

„Very clean cosy apartment, with 2 huge rooms. The entire apartment was so clean, they do have washer/dryer for you to wash your clothes. Free parking for drivers, the owner will provide free coins. However the location is abit far, if u don't mind the distance, it is well worth the stay for it's cleanliness and house amenities “

„We stayed one night after our arrival to Narita Airport. This location is one stop away by JR train. Google maps provided walking instructions from the station to the hotel. It is in a neighborhood next to train tracks. I wasn't bothered by train noise overnight, but that could have been due to how exhausted I was. "Good for a short stay before departure. Shuttle-Service to airport is great. Food/restaurants are good. Unfortunately the opening hours of pool and sauna are only from 10a.m. to 8 p.m. Room was not really cleaned and ! Cockroaches in bathroom were terrible. Sorry, but I cannot recommend this location..."

"What I like: - Really nice hotel. I stayed at Shinkan. Besides check-in & check-out by person, it provides other at least 5 check-in & check-out machines, which are really easy to use and support foreign languages. - Room (standard room for 1 person) is clean. Though at the night it was a little cold, you can turn on the air condition. - breakfast is included. - shuttle bus is convenient."
