„You have alot of places with in a three to five minute walk. The train and bus station, grocery store, pharmacy. The place is nice and quiet as well. It is fully supplied with tableware for the guests staying longer. Check in and out are hassle free. “

„I immediately fell in love with this place, and wish this could be my permanent home in Japan! It's the perfect size, small, but not in a cramped way. The layout of the apartment was perfect. I enjoyed sleeping in the little nook so much, I slept so good. And the sound of the river outside was so peaceful. I enjoyed walking around the neighborhood and the restaurants around the station. Inage grew on me so quickly and now has a special place in my heart.“

„I traveled with my family.The property was very clean and within a walking distance to the train station.There are some dining options nearby. 7-11 is within walking distance from the property which is open 24/7. The owner was very accommodating and checked up on us via text to make sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. There is a direct Skyliner train from Aoto station (nearest station to the property) that can go straight to Narita airport or vice versa, which is cheaper than taking ...

„This was a very nice place to stay. It is in a good, quiet district with very nice restaurants only a few minutes walk from the house. There is a very good restaurant called Soba Maruka only a couple hundred feet away. On top of that the train station was very easy to get to, so we could go pretty much anywhere in Tokyo without renting a car. Overall a very good place to stay for a good price.“

„We stayed one night after our arrival to Narita Airport. This location is one stop away by JR train. Google maps provided walking instructions from the station to the hotel. It is in a neighborhood next to train tracks. I wasn't bothered by train noise overnight, but that could have been due to how exhausted I was. Staff didn't seem to speak English but the check in process included some prepared cards that I read and agreed to. They have free coffee, tea, and breads available in the morning. ...

„Highly recommend this place. House was in a quiet area with plenty of restaurants and stores. It’s also just a short walk to the nearest train station. House was very clean, plenty of space for our family of 7. It’s also equipped with plenty of dishes and glassware. Best part, there are 3 toilets and 3 showers. Host is very friendly and professional, he was very responsive to all my questions. We would definitely book again. “

The one we booked is having a sleeping room on third floor with a nice roof deck. On second floor there are bathroom, toilet, kitchen and a combined living room and bed room. „3世帯で父のお誕生日のため利用させてもらいました。お庭もガレージ広く、また、間取りも広々していて利用しやすいです。思ったより、環境は静かではなかったです。家の前の道路が抜け道になっているようで、かなり大きいトラック通ります。リビングにいる時はさほど気になりませんが道路側の寝室は少し揺れます。各お部屋にエアコンもあり快適でした。 BBQと手持ち花火をして盛り上がりました。また家族のイベント時に利用させてもらいたいです。“

"Sehr schönes Hotel mit riesigen Zimmern. Ausgezeichnetes Frühstück mit grosser Auswahl an japanischen, chinesischen und kontinentalen Speisen. Bus Transfer von und nach Narita Flughafen klappte perfekt, mit genauen Angaben der Zeiten und des Standortes. Grosse Auswahl an hausinternen Restaurants, sehr zahlreiches und hilfsbereites Personal."

"As soon as I entered, there was a moldy smell, and fans were running everywhere. The toilets and showers were dirty, with puddles of water in the shower area. The sleeping capsules looked old and heavily used. I left the hotel immediately after arriving and booked another hotel right away. "

"Good for a short stay before departure. Shuttle-Service to airport is great. Food/restaurants are good. Unfortunately the opening hours of pool and sauna are only from 10a.m. to 8 p.m. Room was not really cleaned and ! Cockroaches in bathroom were terrible. Sorry, but I cannot recommend this location..."

"What I like: - Really nice hotel. I stayed at Shinkan. Besides check-in & check-out by person, it provides other at least 5 check-in & check-out machines, which are really easy to use and support foreign languages. - Room (standard room for 1 person) is clean. Though at the night it was a little cold, you can turn on the air condition. - breakfast is included. - shuttle bus is convenient."
