„This property provided lots of space compared to previous places we stayed at. It was comfortable and had everything we needed for our family of five. The people working there were very friendly and helpful. We wanted our towels replaced and though it looked like they were done their shift and about to leave, they put in the effort to get us new towels. Only complaint was that the sofa was dirty with stains. We didn't really need the sofa, but they really should replace it.“

„Die Unterkunft war für japanische Verhältnisse geräumig und für 4 Personen sehr gut geeignet. Die Entfernung zur nächsten U Bahnstation war 8 Minuten entfernt. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen und beim nächsten Besuch würde wir wieder kommen.“

„Great stay overall. The unit met expectations for the most part. The couch that pulled out had stains unfortunately and no sheets were left for our use on the couch. Additionally, the place would benefit from a small dining table. “

„Staff was super kind and helpful! Everything is clean, rooms are nice and it's in a quiet and nice neighborhood in Tokyo. Lots off traditional restaurants and also a supermarket nearby. Easy to reach from the subway. It's a little retro and the room smelled like cigarette smoke, however we got room spray from the staff, which made the smell go away. All in all a nice and affordable hotel for Tokyo!“

„This quiet and efficient apartment in a residential area of Ikebukuro was clean, well appointed and convenient to many local restaurants and shops . The train station is a short walk away and there is a 7 11 family mart, York mart and my basket nearby for groceries. The apartment instructions were easy to understand and presented in multiple languages. There was plenty of towels and bed sheets and 3 futon style blankets. „A spacious room/appartment for Japanese standards with everything you could need. There is a supermarket 1 minute away and the train station is 2 minutes away. It makes travelling so easy. I got the information about how to enter the facility and room 24 hours behorehand. Tip: follow the map given by the accomodation. „Nice and quiet hotel with great subway access. Hidden gems for food in the area and the included washing machine was definitely a plus. The loft bed was a bit thin but I was still able to sleep. The owner communicated quickly and effectively and was very kind. For a budget option, this place is excellent!“

„Place was convenient to travel to hotspots and outer Tokyo. I’d recommend this place for short term stays as it’s quite small and not too much room for multiple luggage’s. it be great if the room owners added extra pillows and towels as the pillows are extremely flat and uncomfortable and the towels are very thin. I’d also suggest removing the big round table in the bedroom to make extra space and replace with something more convenient for guests. Other than that room was great. “

„I liked the socks on the chairs, but though climbing the ladder to go to bed wasn’t the best, sleeping in the loft with the window open was wonderful. It is a nice property. (It would be nice to put some padding on the back of the lockbox on the door to prevent banging.)“

„Beautiful home in a quiet residential neighborhood. Very easy access to train and bus stations. Easy for Uber and taxis to find. Can walk to grocery stores and restaurants. "Great hotel even you travel alone and dont need breakfast and all the stuff. I was happy to have my own little kitchen and could prepare my own meals! All the people are very nice/friendly plus the reception(front desk) speaks good english so you feel safe and comfortabel. Everything their is ecplained in japanese/english so you wont have problems understanding everything! You can wash your cloths at the laundry room for some yen, so you dont need too much cloths and can pack mone souvenirs! Helping tools for kitchen or cloths you will get at the receiption! You have lots of shops around and sunshine city is also near, so the hotel has a good central position! Was my first time in Japan and if i will come back im sure i would pick that hotel again! Thanks for your services!"

"Nice and functional hotel in a not so nice part of Tokyo. The big TV supports streaming from your mobile device, but otherwise the only foreign program is BBC. There is a selection of on-demand videos but I didn't try them. The room is sufficient and the bed comfortable. "

"We had a room in the top floor with breakfast included. To be honest, the hotel is ok, nothing more. Compared to the Prince Hotel in Hiroshima (which is excellent) it is only a bit above average. The breakfast is just standard and super rushed atmosphere, lots of people, loud and no special food and poor choice of drinks. The view from our room was amazing, Sunshine Mall is directly connected with the hotel, you can leave your luggage after checkout. For Tokyo this hotel is surely good and affordable, but if you just want to stay in a clean and nice room then there are better and cheaper options."
