„Had a great time in Warwick at end of May for our 4 days. Hosts were incredibly helpful and responsive. Weather was unseasonably cool and they came in person to turn heat back on. Easy check in and check out. Would definitely stay there again in future.“

„The home was beautiful, even though it was clean the floor needed to be vacuumed there were crumbs on the kitchen floor and gnats all over the bathroom floor.There were no extra blankets for the pull out couch, so we had to purchase some. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would love to visit again. “

„We usually visit the Newport area once a year since 2000. The cottage, by far, is the nicest place we stayed at. The cottage was clean and comfortable, the neighborhood quiet and the location great. If we had any questions, Lisa answered quickly. Looking forward to coming back again.“

„We went for 1 night, a group of seven women. The beds are mostly doubles so one of us had to sleep on the pull-out couch, but it was comfortable. Middletown is quiet and gorgeous and we especially enjoyed the proximity to Newport. We had some small issues but they were resolved. Overall a very nice experience.“

„We were in town for our daughter’s hockey game at St George’s. 4 Kent fit the bill in every way: location, size of property, cleanliness. It’s a very cute house and very comfortable for our family. “

„Location of the property was excellent as was the communication with the property owners. We thoroughly enjoyed the views and the set up of the home. It was comfortable to relax and unwind after a long day of sightseeing. We did feel that perhaps we may have been the first visitors of the season and the home could have used additional attention. „Property is beautiful and a very nice place to stay. Listing said sleeps 4 but upon check in it had been changed to two! Fortunately our adult children were not able to attend but it was stressful to have that last minute change and not sure why that would happen. Arrival at night was not very well organized as we were not given the unit number. FYI there is a property address then each unit has a number. We had to try our security code on a few doors before we found ours. Would stay again but ...

„We spent a lovely couple days at this location. House was clean and overall mostly updated. Amazing spot for sharing with multiple families as there were lots of bed options/rooms, all the beds were reported as comfortable. Nice quiet large yard. Small items for improvement include more kitchen towels, more ice trays to substitute for the ice maker … bigger items - bathrooms are due for updating. Very functional- but definitely out dated.
