„As others have said, it's near an intersection, gas station, and busy street, but it's still a great location. You can walk to Bowen's Warf in 20 minutes, there's a bike/walking path behind the house into town, or cut through the Common Burial Ground over to Spring Street.It's extremely clean and has a full kitchen and a washer and dryer in the basement. „The cottage met all our needs. It is nestled between two marinas and in a quiet neighborhood. It is small but very efficient. One of the marinas has a small restaurant for breakfast and lunch and the owner of the restaurant is super friendly. Sitting out on the deck in the warm sun was lovely. We enjoyed our stay. “

„Clean and quaint - nicely renovated. Beautifully furnished and decorated, very comfortable. Dog friendly is a real plus. Owner was very responsive to a few minor things. The location near Matunick Beach is convenient and the views from the upper deck out over the marina are fantastic. We had a full house with family for JWU graduation weekend and could not have been more pleased. It would be a great destination for extended family with the other two cottages on the property.
