„Wir waren im August 2013 eine Woche im Bahia Pez Vela Resort. Die Ferienhäuser haben allesamt einen herrlichen Blick zum Pazifik. Die Villa ist hervorragend eingerichtet. Es fehlte wirklich an nichts. Bei uns war nur die Spülmaschine defekt aber man hat uns dafür einen Gutschein für das Restaurant gegeben. Am Abend kamen uns die Waschbären besuchen, ansonsten ist es dort sehr sehr ruhig. Die Anlage ist bewacht, leider waren die Fenster unsere Villa (Haus 6) nicht mit Gitter versehen wie ...

„The staff at this hotel were very friendly and welcoming. They lent us umbrellas for us to use while we stayed there because of the weather conditions. They gave us information on the best places to eat and made us feel at home. While the hotel is not a luxury resort, I was pleasantly surprised how big the hotel room was. It had a separate kitchen and couch and the outside patio was very large with furniture and a hammock. Will definitely stay again if we make it back to Costa Rica. “

„We were extremely pleased with the home during our stay. From our host Jimmy, the the lovely housekeeper Mercedes, the night guard and the owner Greg. They were all extra helpful with all of the planning, the local area, the beaches and of course the home. We had a big family vacation with 5 families totaling 19 people staying together at the home. „We had a total of 12 people staying at Casa Natalia and we loved it! The house is beautiful, clean and perfectly located for a stay in Potrero. The concierge, Jimmy is fantastic, helping to not only prepare for our trip but arranging last minute requests. "Das Hotel verwendet falsche Strategien, um mehr Geld zu verlangen. Uns wurde vorgeworfen, für Babys reserviert zu haben, obwohl unsere Reservierung eindeutig für zwei Kinder erfolgte und dies auch auf unserer Buchungsbestätigung angegeben ist. Trotzdem hat man uns erneut die Kosten für die zwei Kinder berechnet und weigerte sich, unsere Beschwerde über die Seite Expedia anzuhören."
