„Wir waren im August 2013 eine Woche im Bahia Pez Vela Resort. Die Ferienhäuser haben allesamt einen herrlichen Blick zum Pazifik. Die Villa ist hervorragend eingerichtet. Es fehlte wirklich an nichts. Bei uns war nur die Spülmaschine defekt aber man hat uns dafür einen Gutschein für das Restaurant gegeben. „We had a total of 12 people staying at Casa Natalia and we loved it! The house is beautiful, clean and perfectly located for a stay in Potrero. The concierge, Jimmy is fantastic, helping to not only prepare for our trip but arranging last minute requests. The housekeeper was a nice bonus, making the house feel like a hotel with fresh towels, made beds, etc. and the night security guard was also a nice bonus, although we always felt safe. „The staff at this hotel were very friendly and welcoming. They lent us umbrellas for us to use while we stayed there because of the weather conditions. They gave us information on the best places to eat and made us feel at home. While the hotel is not a luxury resort, I was pleasantly surprised how big the hotel room was. It had a separate kitchen and couch and the outside patio was very large with furniture and a hammock. Will definitely stay again if we make it back to Costa Rica. “

„The pictures do not do this house justice, even as amazing as they are. There were 13 of us staying in one house, with 4 kids, and 5 over 60 years old. There was ample room for all of us and never felt on top of each other. The kids ran out to the beach and we watched them from the gazebo and never felt unsafe. "Das Hotel verwendet falsche Strategien, um mehr Geld zu verlangen. Uns wurde vorgeworfen, für Babys reserviert zu haben, obwohl unsere Reservierung eindeutig für zwei Kinder erfolgte und dies auch auf unserer Buchungsbestätigung angegeben ist. Trotzdem hat man uns erneut die Kosten für die zwei Kinder berechnet und weigerte sich, unsere Beschwerde über die Seite Expedia anzuhören."

"Passable Unterkunft für 1 Nacht vor Abflug oder nach Ankunft am Flughafen Liberia. Hotel hat schöne Poolanlage und ist zentral gelegen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gleich über der Strasse. Frühstück ist einfach, aber gut. Matratze war erstaunlich komfortabel. Sonst ist das Zimmer aber äusserst renovierungsbedürftig. Vor allem schliessen weder Türen noch Fenster wirklich dicht. Man hört von draussen alles: Andere Gäste und die laute Strasse. Leider fehlen in Zimmern auch Kühlschränke, obwohl man in der Hitze gerne ein Getränk kühlen würde. "
