„This property was the ice cream to our trip- the property was beautifully built, maintained and allows for the best possible mountain view from the base. The service was beyond attentive and the room was like out of a magazine. If you’ve got the money- splurge and do it! Watching the first snow fall from the panoramic windows was one of the highlights of our trip! “

„It’s just beautiful. They have a shuttle to the ski areas that aren’t walkable. Free shuttle from and to the train station. They were very friendly and helped me set up my luggage transportation to the next ski location. “

„We recommend dealing with the property directly rather than through Expedia, as communication was excellent once we did so. The team was incredibly helpful and accommodating with all our requests. The heating system and TV were a bit tricky to figure out at first, but everything worked fine once we got the hang of it. The location is fantastic—just a short walk to the Happo One Gondola Adam—and very peaceful.“

„15-min walk to the main terminal for buses to ski slopes. Accommodation was a bit dated. Comfortable but nothing special. The toilet smelled bad no matter how many times we cleaned it. There was sufficient space for 3 large adults; would have been tight for 4 and too cramped for 5. Friendly staff who were more than happy to transfer us to/from the station and willing to help and provide information. Overall average accommodation.“

"Large hotel with a nice large Onsen for guest use. Rather far from central Nagano. Need to either take the hotel bus that goes every hour or take the local bus. Supermarket and Lawson store within walking distant from 5 minutes. Breakfast available on site. Good selection. However if staying several nights it can get a bit repetitive. "

"Die Lage direkt am Bahnhof ist ideal. Man kommt schnell zum Bus, der einen direkt zu den Snow-Monkeys fährt. Der Schrein/Tempel ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und jede Menge Restaurants slnd direkt am Hotel. im Hotel gibt es Eis und Getränke am Onsen gratis, am späten Abend Ramen kostenlos usw. Die Räume slnd nicht mehr ganz neu, die Zimmer aber sauber, passt. Kissen etwas hart, aber das ist Geschmackssache."
