„Five stars all around! The Schoolhouse is beautifully decorated, and you can immediately feel the care and intention that went into creating the space. It was spotless, well-stocked with towels, toiletries, and the coffee and wine were such a thoughtful bonus. The host was responsive and kind! The location was perfect, and it truly felt like a home away from home. We’ll be staying here every time we visit Monticello!“

„It was not just a hotel room, it was an actual mini efficiency size apartment with its own kitchen with a full size fridge and mini living room. Truly a great price for that space. I didn’t need the kitchen, but I did bring a 1 gallon jug of water with me which doesn’t fit in the typical tiny fridges that are provided in standard hotel rooms, but I was able to keep my 1 gallon jug of water cold since I had the full size fridge.

„Jeff was a wonderful host! He was very responsive the few messages I did send to him. The house was very welcoming and clean, the beds were comfortable, and the kids loved the big open backyard. This home was so convenient for us since we were in the area to go to Wild Adventures for the weekend. We will definitely be back if we plan another Wild Adventures trip.“

„Das Cottage war sehr sauber und sehr hübsch eingerichtet. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber Kevin war sehr gut. Wir haben sehr viele tolle Tipps erhalten. Das Cottage lag sehr günstig, um zum wakulla spring national Park und nach Tallahassee zu fahren. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können das Cottage nur weiterempfehlen.“
