„First trip for the grandbabies. The beach was close and no one else was on the beach except us. The house was cozy and had everything we needed. Owner responded quickly with any questions i had. Very nice stay.“

„We really enjoyed our short stay (3 nights). The house offers everything you need. It is a very quiet area and you only have a few neighbors around you. Unfortunately the weather didn't cooperate so we couldn't really explore the area.“

„Amazing views and peaceful area. Good restaurants nearby. Owner is fantastic and very attentive. Lots of space for everyone. Three flights of stairs to main area gets your cardio in but worth it. Beach/water shoes are a must as there is a line of rocks at the waterline. When the tide goes out you can walk for a hundred yards and see amazing sea critters. “

„We came down for a tour of Florida State University. The location was great. The cottage was clean and very nice. The rental process was very easy and the owners were very responsive when we chatted with them. I would definitely recommend this home and I hope it's available again when we return for the next steps at FSU. “

„Das Cottage war sehr sauber und sehr hübsch eingerichtet. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber Kevin war sehr gut. Wir haben sehr viele tolle Tipps erhalten. Das Cottage lag sehr günstig, um zum wakulla spring national Park und nach Tallahassee zu fahren. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können das Cottage nur weiterempfehlen.“

„My wife and I stayed here with our two adult daughters. We had a great time. The house is big with plenty of sleeping space and bathrooms, including one separate room downstairs with its own ensuite bathroom. There are three kayaks and we all enjoyed paddling out and swimming off the kayaks. Great views from the screen porch. (Don't rent on the gulf without a screen porch. Seriously.) Perfect spot for coffee at sunrise. We don't fish, but looks like a lot of people were fishing and crabbing. ...

„We found the house to be very cute with 2 master bedrooms with complete bathrooms in both, kitchen and living room in the middle. We did not bring our doggie but the fenced in yard was clean and looked very safe to let your dog go out into. Large Florida room had a dining table for 6 and a twin bed for a nap for my mom. We fished from the beach behind the house. Highly recommend. “

„We had a wonderful vacation at this property. The gulf is only steps away from the house which makes carrying items to the beach essentially a non issue. The house was well stocked and immaculately clean. The beds were comfortable and the porches were great for dolphin and pelican watching. The provided kayaks were really enjoyed by our teen boys. We will be back. “

„This house is huge with a big fenced in backyard and very quiet location! The beach is 3 minute drive or a 20 minute walk, but very private, clean with a big fire pit and chairs to use! The house has everything and again, is huge! I don't know how many bedrooms there were, but each one had a big bed with nice fresh linens! Can't say enough about this place! Oh, the town is great too with friendly people and lots of hiking trails!“

„The home was very well stocked. The kitchen had everything we needed. We all remarked that the beds were very comfortable! Phil and Rebekah were very accommodating and Phil checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed! We saw a stingray and some dolphins made an appearance the last day we were there. “

„My siblings and I took our Mom to the bay for Mother’s Day’s. We have a great time. The house was perfect for us. We will definitely rent again. “

„The inside of the property was great. Looks just like pictures. Communication and instructions were great. I would recommend a front door without glass to make me feel safer. Need an extra double lock. “

"Im Pool wurde getrunken, Teenager belästigten die anderen Gäste. Es gab kostenloses Essen aber nicht erwähnenswert. Es gab auch der Getränke kostenlos allerdings hat die Servicekraft bestimmte Personen bevorzugt auch mit der Fülle der Gläser und ob das alles Hotelgäste waren. Zimmer schön und auch die Betten."

"Sehr moderne, geradezu avangardistische, Einrichtung. Im Zimmer alles was man braucht. Sauber, sehr zuvorkommendes Personal. Frühstück moteltypisch - intercontinental. Keine 15 Min. bis Downtown. Bei Vollauslastung dürften die Parkplätze jedoch knapp werden. Hotel unbedingt empfehlenswert."

"Ruhiges Hotel, ausreichend kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten, sehr freundliche Bedienung, auf unserem Zimmer fehlte zunächst der Haartrockner, der aber auf Nachfrage sofort aufs Zimmer geliefert wurde. Das Bad und das Zimmer waren sauber. Die Betten bequem. Kein störender Lärm aus den Nachbarzimmern."
