„This property is perfect for a large family to comfortably enjoy the living quarters. The 8 bedrooms are at one end of the building allowing “the littles” to go to sleep earlier than the adults with no need to worry about making too much noise to disturb their slumber. Both the main level and lower level have a family room with a tv and the lower level has a pool table. A wine/beer cooler in the bar area, in addition to the fridge, came in handy. „This multi-level house/cabin works well for family and friends to gather on the island. Lots of room inside and outside for potluck dinners and game nights. The basement 2br apartment was especially nice for our son's family with a toddler. The kitchen is well equipped and has excellent appliances. Claire was a great host and responded immediately to all questions. There is excellent storage and lots of refrigerator and freezer space for your island stay, “

„Like other reviews mention, don't be put off by the building exterior or common areas of the property. The unit was perfect. The loft did get very warm but opening the windows at night helped greatly. This was a very affordable and comfortable rental in a really great location. We would definitely stay again!“

„It was perfect for what we were looking for. Not too far from town- Boulder Junction is a very cute/nice town. The cabin itself was clean and the screened in patio was definitely a nice addition. There is great variety of DVDs but I did not see any games, I would suggest guests bring some games for a rainy day. Overall, it was a very nice stay. “
