„Staff was super kind and helpful! Everything is clean, rooms are nice and it's in a quiet and nice neighborhood in Tokyo. Lots off traditional restaurants and also a supermarket nearby. Easy to reach from the subway. It's a little retro and the room smelled like cigarette smoke, however we got room spray from the staff, which made the smell go away. All in all a nice and affordable hotel for Tokyo!“

„Wonderful convenient quiet location. The check in and support was easy. Every issue we had was quickly resolved. Great instructions for how to use the place in English. It felt like concierge service and support. The place was spacious for the 4 of us. A/C worked well. We used the kitchen and coffee (nice touch to have coffee and tea there already). My wife drinks a lot of tea and having a tea kettle was perfect! Easy access to subway, grocery stores, and restaurants. I would recommend ...

„The apartment is located only 2 stations by train from Ikebukuro-Station and away from the busy streets of Tokyo in a quiet neighborhood. Only 5 minutes walk to the train station. Plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby for dining and shopping.The host was very helpful and provided a lot of information before we arrived, both about traveling in Japan in general as well as recommendations for local restaurants. "Das Hotel ist top! Die Mitarbeiter sind immer erreichbar. Wir hatten uns gelegentlich ausgesperrt, aber rund um die Uhr hat uns das Personal weiterhelfen können. Das Frühstück wird - wenn nicht anders gebucht - direkt gezahlt. Auswahl ist nicht europäisch. Kein Brot mit Käse oder Wurst. Stattdessen Bacon, Nuggets, Frikadellen... Ja, auch Reis. Aber anders als hier. Reichhaltig, aber ungewöhnlich für uns. Die sanitären Anlagen sind der Hammer. Sowohl im Zimmer als auch die öffentliche im Foyer. Absolut empfehlenswert!"
