„Great place to stay, especially with the dog. Fabulous walking right from the pod door. The pods are great, all clean, the double bed is definitely cosy but their description of the pod on the website is accurate, it is basic but they never profess to be anything else. Barbecue in front of each pod is great, we cooked supper and breakfast on it, for all you carnivores, the butcher in Fownhope is fabulous. If you just need a base to chill out in, this is absolutely perfect.“

„Lovely relaxing stay at the site for a couple of days. The yurt had everything we needed and all the facilities were clean. We would very much like to come back and try the dome accomodation.“

„It was a fascinating property in a beautiful village. We stayed with friends and there was plenty of room for all of us. The main extension was a fantastic living space and the older parts of the house were quirky and fabulous. We visited both of the local pubs and those with pets enjoyed the lovely garden.“

„This was a great and well appointed apartment set in a very beautiful and peaceful location. The bed, shower and large TV were all excellent. The kitchen is very well equipped too with oven, hob, microwave and fridge. I really appreciated the welcome gifts of tea, coffee, milk, salt, pepper and toiletries too - thanks. „Oth0er than an issue with the lights that the management were more than happy to deal with, the apartment was excellent, very well appointed and scrupulously clean. Very comfortable and would stay there again. Brilliantly positioned close to the Wye, ice cream van, coffee shop, playing fields, Cathedral and town!“

„The stay was very nice and easy to find and access. “

„Overall this was a good stay, rooms were nice and clean and there was plenty of space for 10 adults to stay. However, both ovens failed to heat properly which made cooking a bit of a pain. Check in process was not great, only being able to arrive between 5-6, the owner did not respond to any prior messages. Despite this, the local area was stunning, and the house was fit for purpose and good value considering the price of other locations in the area for a group this size.“

The local pubs were good value and staff very accommodating lThe cottage itself was very clean and had all you would require for a short stay.“
