„Very comfortable unit which was very clean. Bedding was comfortable and nice view of the mountains. Host communication was exceptional and very helpful. Well equipped kitchen. Built in 1981 so a little dated especially the toilets which are more suited for shorter folks. Carpet was nice but could use some stain removal, but overall, a nice place to stay.“

„We had a great stay in Gunnison, and the Cozy Cabin was perfect for the two of us. Just the right size and amenities needed for three nights. We prefer not eating out all of the time and the kitchenette served our needs. Communication was good prior to the stay. The bed is VERY comfortable. The water temperature and pressure were good. Having recycling as an option for items we do not consider trash was appreciated. Already we plan to stay here in August when taking our daughter to school. ...

„We had a fantastic stay at this lovely 1 bed condo. We were so comfortable and the kitchenette with cooktop and microwave was perfect for prepping breakfast and dinner. There are also a couple of great places to eat a few minutes walk away in the resort plaza. The chairlifts are a 5 minute walk and there is complimentary ski check for for guests of this condo. The mountain has amazing terrain and high speed lifts. And the pool and hot tub were a great spot to relax at the end of a fantastic day ...

„The facility was clean. Parking was easy. The host was very communicative to our needs and the location was just right, in between the town of Crescent Butte and the mountain top. We went to a wedding in the summer at the top of the mountain. Again location location location perfect.“
