„This cabin was perfect for our vacation. It was a great size and right in the middle of all the Lake City action. We loved the location. We have been to Lake City over ten times. We got married in Lake City and now have the joy of bringing our daughter here. The cabin was a great size and had most of what we needed. „The house is super roomy, decorated adorably, was very clean, and had plenty of extras. It was an excellent place to rest during our Colorado National Park road trip. The surrounding neighborhood is a little run down, but don’t let that deter you from renting this house. The backyard views are peaceful with no neighbors and there are mountains in sight. Everything was great, including the host, and would recommend to anyone. “

„Clean and simple place for a family to stay. We stayed here during a road trip with our three very young children. The home is mostly child proof. There were a few breakable items that we had to keep an eye on to make sure our toddlers didn't get into (cups and bowls for example). It was a perfect pit stop for us and was easy to check in. Could not have been much better.“

„We loved this property. The quiet neighborhood was a nice landing place at the end of our days. Perfect location to travel to Black Canyon of the Gunnison NP, Ouray, and Telluride. Montrose is a great city with nice coffee shops and restaurants. Highly recommend!“

„We loved our stay at this end unit condo which is located very near to the Inn at the Lake. The morning view of the lake was spectacular. There was a little man made creek in front of the unit that my kids enjoyed splashing in. When we arrived the key wasn't in the keybox but I was able to easily get in with the prompt help of the owner and property manager. We would definitely stay here again.“

„We’ve been coming to Lake City for over 30 yrs. This trip was a “reunion” trip and an introduction to some of our family. This was the first time we spent a couple nights in town before moving to cabins out on the way to Cinnamon Pass. It was a great way for the family coming from different parts of the US to meet up.There were 11 of us and the house was perfect. „Great location to walk to Ouray Hot Springs (right across the parking lot), river walk and up Main Street. The condo has great set up for multi generational family sleeping arrangements. The 4 floors were great for youngsters to play hide and seek and for everyone to spread out. It even worked so one of us could spend the morning in private working. “

„Property was clean and the house was well supplied with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The bedrooms were very comfortable. We didn’t use the loft, which is partially open to the living space, and would provide limited privacy. The location near the center of town was perfect for exploring the area. The view from the back yard and porch was stunning. All in all a great visit and experience. “

"Stayed with my 9 year old in a tiny home as well as the wheel wagon, the biggest of the tiny homes. The design of the homes is awesome, the kitchen well equipped, beds are comfy and the AC is really quiet, which makes for a good night's sleep. We also enjoyed the soothing sound of the creek. Staff is super friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended!"
