„We were in Longview for a baby shower for our 14th great grandchild. The property was OUTSTANDING! Completely the same as pictured on the VRBO site. Sitting on the deck overlooking the golf course was very pleasant. The bedrooms comfortable and nicely decorated, the living room and kitchen spacious and the garage a plus! Hope to stay there again! “

„I can’t say enough about this beautiful home and property. The gardens were full of beautiful flowers with hummingbirds abound. Sarah even offered us cuttings to propagate! The hot tub and vibrating chairs eased my sciatica. So many things to do in our short time there. Our host Sarah was a lovely hospitable person. We will definitely try to return some day. “

„Absolutely wonderful location close to the lake a charming little “cabin“ very quiet an excellent place to relax we really enjoyed our 10th anniversary fishing, sleeping and eating in this quiet little place. We would highly recommend not only this little cabin, but this Owner who has a few properties on this site“

„Had a great time at the cottage. Lake Hawkins is a beautiful getaway. We caught plenty of fish and made lots of memories with our 2 year old grandbaby. The dock and fire pit were our favorites. Red Rooster Ice house is definitely a must out to eat option. We loved it. “

„Perfect for a weekend getaway! Just 15 miles from historic downtown Jefferson where we spent the days. Then back to the cabin on Lake of the Pines to watch the sunset on the porch of the cabin. So quiet the only noise was the birds at the water and the squirrels chattering and playing. “

From the perfect location, beautiful home and decor to the relaxing back patio to hang out on and wait for deer to wander up. The house was so clean with plenty of towels for everyone and the kitchen was stocked with any dishes we may have needed. Host was friendly and communicated so very well. Can't wait to return!! “

„Very nice well kept tiny house. We felt very comfortable and slept great. It had a great little deck overlooking a pond. Only a couple of minor issues - the house is pretty close to the highway so there was some road noise but a fan in the bedroom provided enough white noise to cover it. Also, be aware the cell service was limited. We have ATT and were not able to use cellular. The house does however provide wifi with internet so one can utilize that for texting and wifi calling.
