„The home was very nice and very clean. It was stocked with plenty of kitchen necessities. The outdoor space provided various shady seating areas throughout the day. The area is quiet with a nice view of the Green River and the book cliffs. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it.“

„We stayed here for a large family reunion! We had about 50 people, used all 3 suites, 7 cabins and 2 trailers. The great room is just fantastic for gathering and being together, but honestly we spent a lot of time in the Commercial size kitchen and Dining hall. The industrial refrigerators where tremendous for large amounts of food to feed that many. Thats just inside! The back pation, is huge and though we did not use them they had a smoker and Glarge griddle available for outside cooking. ...

„Good location between Goblin Valley and Capitol Reef. Right off the highway which was convenient. Almost no traffic at night so it was relatively quiet. Perfect mix of camping and hotel room.“

„This house was perfect for 5 adults while visiting Utah’s National Parks. The views were as advertised. Great location close to Capitol Reef National Park. The little town area was very cute. Overall a great visit and we would definitely recommend it to others.“

„This was our first time glamping and our whole family loved it! We stayed two nights and enjoyed the fire pit and stargazing both nights. The facilities were so clean and just as described. The location was perfect for Capitol Reef National park. We had 5 people and so our 5th person slept on a cot, which they said was very comfortable as well. The bathrooms and amenities were so nice and we would definitely look to stay here again in the future. “

„This property looks like it was renovated. It was a great space, two levels which could be used by two different families. There is a set of washer/dryers both upstairs and down, a full kitchen upstairs and a kitchenette downstairs. There are also two living rooms, one on each floor. It is also fairly close to Capitol Reef. We enjoyed the clean, comfortable space, and especially liked the big dining table and the notebook where travelers can leave a message. „Unfortunately, our stay was very unpleasant. We arrived in the pouring rain at around 10:00 p.m. and were already looking forward to being dry. When we entered the accommodation, after taking off our shoes, we immediately noticed that the entire wooden floor was completely damp or soaked with water. Within minutes our socks were wet. „If you are looking for an amazing house that is just far enough away to give you the peace and quiet but close enough to the park and restaurant to not be inconvenient, look no further. The Townsends are the perfect host. We were greeted at the door to make sure we had everything we needed. „We had a wonderful time in this little hut! Impeccably clean, very close and views to die for. Our kids loved the hummingbirds that visited the veranda all the time! Very close to capitol reef with great hikes (we recommend grand wash with cassidy arch) Thanks again to Meaghan and Jon for having us and making our kids so comfortable with an extra mattress!“

"Unbeatable value for the price! The staff was super friendly, check-in was easy and quick. Rooms were big and comfy. Location is super close to Arches and Canyonlands NP. Breakfast could have more variety and the pool was seemingly close due to maintenance, but outside of that perfect for the price."

"In Green River gibt es nichts zu sehen oder einzukaufen - dieses B&B ist jedoch ein wahres Juwel! Man fühlt sich wie in einer kleinen Oase. Man wird herzlich empfangen, auf dem Zimmer ist der Check-In mit einem gefüllten Eisbehälter und Entspannungsmusik vorbereit und das Frühstück wird auf Bestellung frisch zubereitet. Im Frühstücksraum gibt es sogar kleine Snacks und Wasser. Unser Zimmer hatte leider keinen Kühlschrank - das ist unser einziger Kritikpunkt bei einem sonst perfekten Aufenthalt. "

"Wir waren 2023 schon mal hier und haben ehrlich gesagt wegen des Essens im Rim Rock Patio wieder hier eingecheckt. Die Aussicht ist fantastisch, es ist ruhig und entspannt und nur ein paar Minuten vom Capitol Reef entfernt Leider hat das Zimmer keinen Kühlschrank, aber für eine Nacht geht das schon mal "
