„Loved the location and ease of access to riding trails. Cabin was nice and comfy but not overly equipped. We enjoyed the close access to the river a lot, we played in it each day. Parking our big ATV trailer was a challenge but doable. The only drawback was the heat, I realize it was the end of July and the description says no A/C but the cabin was very hot between noon and 7:00 pm, luckily there is a large shaded patio to spend the evenings on with nice furnishings and the evening air Along ...

„We loved Mindy’s cottage! The check in process was very smooth. It was just as it was listed. It was super clean and cute!! We came for side by side trip. We had plenty of space to park our truck and trailer. The beds were very comfy. There was plenty of towels and bedding. It was a nice place to come back to and relax after a long day of riding. We have stayed in a lot of VRBO’s and this is one of our favorites. We will definitely be back!“

„This is the perfect place to stay in Ephraim! It is clean and well maintained. The location is right off the Main Street and within walking distance of nearly everything. The Host is fantastic- very responsive and helpful. You have covered parking space and access to a full gym. It has everything you need!“

„This property was originally built in 1851! Fully restored and upgraded while staying true to its pioneer roots. It is about a two minute walk to the Manti temple.The owners were more than generous with our checkout time and obviously take great pride in this historic home. The home easily fit 10 adults. We highly recommend it!“

„We had a family reunion with over 20 adults and kids. This place was great! It was big enough for everyone to have their own space, with plenty to do. The video game room, upstairs game room, hot tub, and walking trails were some of the highlights. We saw lots of wildlife and this property is the only one in the canyon. Would definitely stay there again. “
