„We celebrated my dad’s birthday on the lake. The house was a great size. The dock and back yard were ideal for entertaining. Plenty of parking. We really enjoyed our stay. Marty was a great host.“

„We were traveling to Florida and decided to spend a few days seeing Andersonville and a few other places on the way. We were traveling with our Golden Retriever and thought this looked like a good option. We were very happy with our stay. There were lots of little extras that made it more enjoyable. The location was close enough to things we wanted to see and places to eat. We liked the peaceful setting to relax and unwind. Overall, our stay was exactly what we were looking for.“

Landing for boat launch directly across from property. Convenient. Has ductless A/C which was adequate for our stay but not sure how it will compensate for 110 degree Georgia summers .
