„Great place to stay! We came to visit family and always struggled to find a pet friendly hotel. This place fit everything we needed, the area in the back for the dogs was great. Close to the river. There is no cell service down there though, but the wifi worked well enough! Couple spiders came into the bathroom so be prepared for that that. Check in instructions were clear, and easy. Will probably stay here again next time we visit!“

„This property allowed our large family group to all stay together with a wide variety or bedrooms and bathrooms. The property was clean and charming in a perfect location. It allowed us a short walk to a variety of restaurants each night. It was perfect for our group. The owner was very responsive and checked in with us several times to see if we needed anything. This is the place to stay in Franklin...do not miss out.“

„Excellent property exactly as described. Excellent value for money with all amenities and facilities provided. Coffee maker had full supply of pods and there was lots of kitchen items that were very useful (Sugar, oil, spices etc.). Entertainment system had Netflix and other services available. Perfect location for dropping our daughter off at Mercyhurst University. Would utilize again, full marks !!“
