„We booked the property to be conveniently located to family who was camping in the area. While the weather didn’t cooperate between the heat and storms we were so thankful to have this retreat to come home to. We used the grill every evening and the Keirig was convenient in the morning.The kitchen was nice and had everything we needed.The king bed has a very nice firm memory foam mattress. „My friends and I are from Pittsburgh and we wanted to take a trip together before my wedding. We only wanted to drive 2 or 3 hours from home. We ended up choosing Ashtabula and it's a nice town with a nice beach. Unfortunately the beach closest to the house is poor quality and dirty. „We spent a long weekend at the cottage on our first trip to Lake Erie with an 8 year-old and 7 month-old in tow. This cottage was in a quiet location yet only a minute away from a great park and beach area with free parking. I loved the charm of the old cottage and spent a lot of time taking in the view of the lake from the screened in porch. It was clean and the host was great with communicating with us.
