„This was perfect for our vacation- near the city with easy access to lots of great places in the Bay Area but quiet and secluded for winding down at the end of the day. „Great location. Great responses from management. Unfortunate that I had to call back and forth a number of times at checkin trying to find the right "lockbox" which was inconspicuous around a dark corner. Also circuit breaker blew when toasting, and the box was hidden behind a wall textile.“

„Ana is amazing! The place is so clean, right next to BART and a grocery store, and has amazing restaurants nearby. Ana is also extremely nice, super helpful if you have questions, and responds quickly to any messages. "Leider unterm Strich eine wirklich schlechte Unterkunft…. Auf den Fotos ist keinesfalls der Zustand des Hotels zu sehen. Zimmertür konnte man ohne abschließen öffnen, Boden übermäßig verschmutzt. Ohne nachträgliches eigenverantwortliches Wischen eine Zumutung. Socken klebten teilweise am Boden fest und konnte alle weg geschmissen werden (Rabenschwarz) . Mehrere Stromausfälle nachts. Teilweise so laut nachts das die ersten Nächte der Horror waren. Offizielle Zettel des Hotels mit Anweisung zum Tragen von gehörschützen (earplugs) auf den Zimmern um nachts zu schlafen. Frühstück war kaum Auswahl, bis auf Waffeln unzumutbar. Bedingt durch die Lage auch extremer Grasgeruch nachts (Nähe zu Slums) Personal weiß über Zustand Bescheid und gibt keine Kulanz oder andere Zimmer (nur gegen 1000 Euro Mehrleistung) Und zu guter letz am letzten Tag fast einen Einbruch in unser Zimmer gehabt… also leider sehr sehr schlecht. Bedingt dadurch das wir auch mal in Ruhe ausschlafen wollten, sind wir zwischenzeitlich für 2 Nächte in ein Air BNB nach Los Angeles gefahren… Bitte nehmen Sie das Hotel aus der Empfehlung, deutsche Familien mit Kindern waren auch beim Frühstück und ebenfalls richtig wütend und enttäuscht. Ist aber auch für kleine Kinder eine Mega Zumutung."
