„This was a most fantastic cottage in the Clare Valley. The location was absolutely perfect in a quaint historic village nestled among so many great family wineries. The cottage was very well appointed with every amenity one could want including a very beautiful private backyard. We would rate it as a 20 out of 10 if we could! “

„A few days of rest and relaxation with our dog, surrounded by trees and birds. Really good break from day to day stress. Clean, comfortable accommodation. All interactions with hosts were pleasant and satisfactory. “

„Watervale has a Suprise or two foe the travelling wine buffs. a delightful home on a huge block with every mod con imaginable.Well equipped and provisioned we spent 4 nights self catering before experiencing the delicious menu offered at the Watervale Hotel. do not miss it.“

„Great location for getting around the Clare Valley. Nice quiet area. Well stocked with BBQ, firewood (it got cold at night), kitchen appliances etc. Fridge was very cold as it tended to freeze items at the back of shelves. Beds were very comfortable. „This cottage has been restored to perfection and was considered a home rather than a house by our family of six who stayed for four nights. The interior could be straight out of a glossy magazine and my Mum (in her 80's) was constantly wowed by the authentic vintage utensils on display. We were fortunate to meet our hosts who were even more charming than their cottage. We both love gardens, so it's setting in a garden was the icing on top of an already great experience.Generous breakfast supplies, a complementary bottle of wine and cheese as well as fire wood being topped up during our stay made us feel very welcomed.
