„Beautiful space for a peaceful stay in nature. Comfortable beds, plenty of towels and linens. We cooked the entire time and the kitchen was stocked with all the necessary cookware. Lovely lake for kayaking and swimming. We enjoyed it!“

„This was our third year at this property. We are always sublimely satisfied. The best is the feeling of privacy being on surrounded by water on 3 sides. We like the simplicity of the decor and the lack of a TV. We also like that certain basic food stuffs are left (like salt and pepper) in case we forgot them. It's perfect. “

„We had a wonderful stay over a long weekend in early August. The location is beautiful and quiet. The condo is gorgeous with decks on the first and second floors overlooking the pond. It’s a perfect spot and we can imagine during ski season, it’s very convenient to the slopes. We’d definitely stay here again.“

„We've been coming to the cabin for a few years and enjoy our stays immensely. The kids can ride bikes, roam and wade on the campground roads and river. Location is fantastic - convenient to Littleton (great restaurants and shops), Bethlehem (Rek Lis Brewery) and some of the best hiking in NH. Minutes from Mt Washington, Santa's village, Appalachia trail head and Zealand/Crawford notch. Far from the crowds in Conway and Lincoln but close enough to visit. “

„Great property in a quiet location with a well equipped kitchen. The host was responsive to our questions, and was proactive about reaching out when the previous renters let him know about a problem with a stove burner, to see if we needed any help with the same issue.“

„Rented the place in mid-oct for a second-marriage honeymoon. The place was easy to find and was set up perfectly for a two person cozy stay. House faces the sunset and has a deck and sitting porch. Brought my little boat and the boating access is across the street. We had zero issues. We would definitely come back!! Definitely worth it. 👌 “

„Pictures and description are spot on. Yes this is a small rental but it was perfect for our short getaway. Extremely clean and tidy, bed was comfy and kitchenette was spotless. View into blooming spring woods was gorgeous and plenty of birds to watch. Only improvements could be a full length mirror and salt and pepper shakers.“

„Interior is great & very clean/neat. But a few things need attention: interior-guest bathroom needs updating equal to rest of property. No A/C for summer visitors. Outside-entrance & parking which is in back of property is pretty ugly & unwelcoming. Looks rundown. We first thought we were at wrong location. Needs upgrading & improving.“

„Adorable home in the White Mountains! Clean and uncluttered with three nice bedrooms, a spacious kitchen and dining area with two comfortable chairs to sit in as well. There is also a nice living room with ample seating for a family. The backyard is the perfect size for a vacation and had a nice fire pit that we enjoyed in the evenings. „We loved our stay and will definitely be back!! Eric was a great host who is passionate about his property and it shows. From building the perfect fire for you that will light with one flick of your lighter to all the cute accommodations he’s built by himself with lots of little details in mind from lots of cut wood for your fire to having WiFi available. The treehouse was right on the river and we could hear the river babbling below us as we slept!! This is a great getaway that’s a step above ...
