„Second time staying here. It's a great place to stay if you want to be an easy, short ride to some awesome trails and you just need a reliable home bass to hang out, get a good, hot shower, make some food, and get some sleep before heading out to do your outdoor activities. Not suitable if you're seeking luxury. But it's a great place otherwise. The owners are planning some upgrades over time, and it was already upgraded some since our last stay. I hope they get a hose out back for bike ...

„Rented the place in mid-oct for a second-marriage honeymoon. The place was easy to find and was set up perfectly for a two person cozy stay. House faces the sunset and has a deck and sitting porch. Brought my little boat and the boating access is across the street. We had zero issues. We would definitely come back!! Definitely worth it. 👌 “

„This is our second year staying in this home while we attend an annual event of friends and family directly across the pond. It’s the perfect sanctuary at the end of the day. I absolutely LOVE this home- everything from coffee on the porch to the fully equipped kitchen and the extra cozy beds is wonderful! „Beautiful quiet and peaceful area, me and my daughter enjoyed a mini getaway to Faraway Pond. The adorable cottage had all the amenities needed and we loved the scenic view of the pond and the kayaks. Got some awesome sunset pictures! Mary was super responsive and thoughtful. We wouldn't hesitate to come back for another visit. I bet the Fall foliage is gorgeous. “

"Die Unterkunft ist sauber. Es handelt sich um eine Hütte mitten im Niergendwo ohne angemessenen Komfort. Das Zimmer ist altmodisch, das Bad ist winzig klein. Es war Oktober und draussen richtig kalt. Leider kann das Zimmer nicht individuell gewärmt werden und der Besitzer bestimmt, welche Temperatur für den Gast die richtige ist. So etwas habe ich noch nie erlebt. Das Frühstück ist sehr mickrig. Hier stimmt das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis überhaupt nicht. Wir waren hier 2 Nächte und wir waren froh, als der Abreisetag da war. Leider gab es da wegen Sturm einen Stromausfall und damit war auch die Wasserversorgung tot. Abzufahren, ohne sich waschen und rasieren zu können war schon eine Erfahrung für sich, aber zusätzlich konnte man auch keine Toilette benutzen. Auch das hat den Besitzer wenig interessiert. Fazit: nie mehr! "

"Excellent situated with a scenic view over the Mountains and the trees with the beautiful foliage. Hotel Lobby and bar area is nice and cosy, hallways and rooms would need some maintenance though. Breakfast buffet is to expensive for the Selektion offered. Can recommend this resort. "
