„It started with great communication. A quick answer to a question I had. The location was perfect for walking to Chico State about a mile. Just far enough that you are in a quiet family neighborhood. House had a nice layout. Nice backyard. We barbequed two nights and charcoal grill was serviceable. Foosball table was cool too. „The property was clean and tidy. It is an older home, could use some updating, but very nicely maintained. Nice big deck with table and chairs and chaise to enjoy the lake view. BBQ-propane. Well supplied. No AC so bring fans, upstairs gets pretty warm in the summer heat. There are ceiling fans, but you will need floor fans as well. We enjoyed our stay and will stay again in the future.“

„The place worked out great because it had a lot of room. It actually had more rooms and bathrooms than described. Just wish the property was a little more cleaned up and easier access from driveway to front door for those who have balance issues.“

„Great location close to the lake, but had to travel to a nearby beach to actually access it. Right next to golf course but you wouldn’t even know it. Peaceful and quiet. Relaxing stay. House pretty much matched the description except that there was a foosball table , not a pool table. Overall we were very happy with it.“

„Nice rental inside the country club with access to recreational areas of the club. Great host, prompt responses and instructions. John also helped with shipping my keys I had left behind at the property during checkout. Property is as shown in the photos. Kitchen is adequately equipped.Patio in the back is big and very relaxing. Great view of the lake from front porch and upstairs bedroom. Overall a great experience and host. Would love to come back.“

„This modern cabin was very comfortable, clean and well-located. It is small but very comfortable. Everything in it -- from the bed to kitchen to heating and bathroom were top notch. It was very easy to return there after a day spent on the Lake and in the Mt. Lassen area. Also, while there has been a lot of fire damage in surrounding forests, this part of the lake thankfully escaped all of that. “

„This was a work trip and I was looking for a house vs staying at a hotel for two weeks. Its in a very nice neighborhood with plenty of parking space. It's so nice to have home cooked meals there are plenty of pots, pans and utensils too. The home was very clean, there is plenty of room to stretch out and everyone had thier own bed. „Every year my sister and I visit the Lassen area to hunt mushrooms. This year did not disappoint. The kitchen is small and does not have an oven but we managed to create some excellent soup and Morel Stroganoff. We have stayed in a number of BnB's and would definitely return next year. “

„The property is beautiful and the house was perfect for our family stay. The house is spacious and well equipped, the grounds are well kept and the view is spectacular. We loved gazing out at the lake. There are plenty of things to do. The kids enjoyed fishing off the pier and kayaking in the lake. The Foosball table saw plenty of action as well. We truly enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to visiting again in the future. “
