„Our host Jenny was prompt and pleasant in our communications. The home worked perfectly for home activities and exploring the community and the Lake. We loved the decor and comfort. Our grandchildren had a great time. We will definitely return for future Lake fishing experiences. We’ve been visiting Paradise and Oroville for decades. It is nice to see people rebuilding their lives here again. Thank you.“

„Cute and cozy property with everything we needed. The home was clean and very close to our event. The listing did advertise as accommodating 5 for sleeping spaces but we found only 2 queen beds. However, it was not a problem as we had a blowup mattress we used for my grandson. The couch was available for sleeping if we needed it so assumed that was the 5th sleeping area. Nice property and we would happily stay again.“

„Was a wonderful property! We got to swim and have summer fun by the pool. The backyard is exceptional and the home was equipped with everything we needed. Will definitely stay again next time we are in Chico!“

„The Chico Charmer is a lovely little house with comfortable beds, a great patio area out back and a location that quiets down nicely at night. It's an easy walk to downtown food and drinks too! Clean, comfortable and near the park, it was a great base for our visit to Chico. We'll book again next time we're in that part of California!“

„Definitely a retro feel in an older neighborhood but a well built, well loved house. It was very comfortable and well equipped. Loved the landscaping and the hot tub. Would have loved the pool but it was too cold to get in. Would definitely stay there again. “

„Went to visit my son who attends Chico state. Place was cute. Kitchen very small and old appliances but I didn’t plan any meals there. Bed was very comfortable. First night was a little chilly and there weee no extra blankets. I reached out and was brought a blanket that day. I would recommend to the owners to have more than one coffee cup, maybe a throw blanket in the living room and supply more than two towels in the bathroom. Also there were two heavy trash cans placed in front of the gate ...

"Die Zimmer sind relativ groß und in gute Zustand. Die Klimaanlage ist doch schon etwas älter und brauchte vielleicht mal eine Wartung.Denn Sie hatte schwer zu kämpfen um bei 35 Grad Außentemperaturen das Zimmer auf 22 Grad zukühlen. Es geht garnicht das in 3 OG am Aufzug ein Zettel klebt,auf den zu lesen ist Drücke nicht die Taste ,den Sie ist kaputt. "
