The screened-in patio overlooking the water was the perfect place to relax with a morning coffee or evening conversation. We especially loved gathering around the fire pit, reminiscing under the stars—it created such a cozy and memorable atmosphere. This home is ideal for get-togethers, with just the right balance of comfort and nature. We would definitely return!“

„Wonderful property for a large family. We had 4 kids and there was plenty of room for everyone to stretch out and have privacy. The view of the river was beautiful and we even did some fishing off the bank. The location is very private with only one neighbor.It was very hot weather during our stay but the additional a/c units kept it sufficiently cool. The projector room was a huge hit with the teens. The shared living room space was cozy.Plenty of space in the kitchen for cooking large meals. ...

„We rented this property while we attended an event in Cedar Falls. The house is located in a nice, quiet neighborhood. We were pleasantly surprised when we entered. It has new flooring and everything in labeled so you know exactly where everything is. There were 4 of us staying there and it is all we needed for the 3 days we were there. „This is an awesome place! If you just want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the big cities (which are also very close if needed) this would be it. Place was clean and very well deocated. Had everything you would need. Shannon was very friendly and accommodating. Dogs were also very friendly! We only stayed one night but it is definitely something I would do again! “
