„Great trip! Extremely accurate representation of the property based of photos, clean, close to the beach and restaurants. Great backyard area… HUGE yard, well landscaped, and great for entertaining. All of the appliances (washer/dryer especially) were newer and worked great. Great trip!“

„Such a cute and cozy place. Perfect location as we had a graduation at Scripps Institute of Oceanography. We were able to walk to graduation as the parking there is limited. Communication was perfect and informative. Walked to dinner ! Would definitely stay there again. Suggest a few more dish towels as no dishwasher… but not a big deal.“

„I was very impressed with how clean the home was when we arrived. You could walk around barefoot and not worry about having dirty feet!!!! The pier to fish was great! Loved that we didn't have to share and made a ton of family memories. Highly recommend - even if you don't fish but you want to get away. Rockport is such a cute town - great downtown full of shops.“

„Cute cottage with beautiful views and dock. Stayed as a small family with two young children who loved the front patio/porch. Very close to shops, beach, and ferry but far enough that you can enjoy the sound of nothing but waves.“

„Went for a fishing trip. This place was very clean. The only thing i had an issue with was there wasn't a bbq pit as depicted in pictures. Minor issue. Other than that the stay was great. Very quiet and nice area. “

„We really enjoyed our stay! Very cute, clean canal front townhome. It was a well-maintained quiet property. We visited 2 of the 3 pools and they were nice and clean. Other guests or owners were quiet and courteous. The beds were comfortable and we all slept well. The downstairs shower handle was tricky to figure out but the property manager responded quickly and even stopped by to help us figure it out! „Property exactly as described. Great functional layout for a family on the go. We had a wonderful time in the pool, kayaking, fishing, going to the beach and exploring the area. The house was the perfect launch pad for what was a wonderful summer family trip experience. We even snagged our personal best Black Drum and a bunch of keeper Reds. Salt Lake is always a good time. Thanks for everything. Hope to be back soon. “
