The HOA for Bay Tree Complex is renovating the community pool, which will be closed throughout April. The pool is expected to reopen in May 2026, weather permitting. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Bay Tree B5 is a studio unit on the second floor with no elevator access. It offers a spacious balcony overlooking the Bay Tree courtyard area and a perfect place to watch the sunset over the city marina. Full kitchen with a drip coffee maker and kitchen table with four chairs. Sleeping arrangements consist of a queen size bed and a queen sofa sleeper. Spacious bathroom. No smoking, no pets. Parking for 1 average sized vehicle space, 1 parking pass and 4 wristbands will be provided. Boat slips for rent at an additional cost of $45.00 + tax per night. It is first come, first serve. Please request at the time of booking.
