„Front Desk - Samantha, was AMAZING to work with. After having a long day trip, a horrible hotel experience. She was able to get us into a room, and make sure there was a crib available. She provided us some food recommendations, and made sure our stay was amazing. Hotel was fantastic for price, very very clean and perfect location for food! „Sehr sauber. Frühstück ok. Leider hat uns ausgerechnet der Punkt enttäuscht, der zur Wahl dieses Hotels geführt hat. Ich hatte die Suche mit Pool und Whirlpool eingeschränkt. Es wurden mir 2 Hotels in diesem Preissegment angezeigt. Da bei dem anderen der SPA Bereich renoviert wird, haben wir uns für das Comfort Inn entschieden. Beim Check Sinn wurden mir auf Nachfrage die Pool Hours bis 11 PM bestätigt. Als wir dann nach dem Shoppen in Waterloo und Abendessen um 9 PM entspannen wollten ...

„I stopped here on a long drive from the East coast to the Midwest. This was an ideal hotel––comfortable, very clean, well cared for, family run, and located right off of a highway. When driving long distances, I often stay in small budget hotels, and this is the best one I have ever stayed in. Highly recommended. “

„The property sits in a very nice environment. Service was quite different by department. Breakfast service was great, personal customer oriented and very friendly. Reception desk at times confused. The bar closes at 11pm, that's ok, but having the area 5mins later cleared by security is competely overdone. As the area is so nice, the hotel is frequently used for weddings (4 weddings on one weekend!). That`s a stress for the staff and for the other guests. The quiet environment is not as quiet ...
