„One elevator (of two) was not working which meant a long wait for the one operable elevator. The microwave in my originally assigned room was not working. As a result, the only option was to change rooms which was very inconvenient. The person at the front desk was generally uncooperative regarding the microwave issue. None of the local tv channels in San Antonio were accessible. In general, I would not recommend this property for travelers staying in San Antonio. “

„Arrived and told all rooms sold out, despite our having a reservation which was eventually found. They make you pay an add on charge to park in their own parking lot, which is outrageous. Ice machine on our floor was broken, the one on next floor up was flashing that it needed cleaning soon. They both looked old and rusty. Most hotels these days offer a Complementary Breakfast, not here to though, they charge $12+ per person. We skipped that offer. Overall a bad suggestion for a place to stay ...

„Good location if you stay several days for vacation. Nice check-in and all the staff is very friendly. Breakfast varying and always available until end of the service time. Bathrooms could need a touch-up.“
