„Let me start by saying the actual place was good and enjoyable, the rest of the stay was very disappointing, first the check in process was horrible, they wanted my underage grandkids full names and email addresses, and you couldn’t complete the check in until that was completed. So I had to put fake names in there to get to the next stage, then the 1000 incidentals fee is very excessive.
