„I stayed at the cottage for four days by myself. It was just right for a person traveling alone. It’s really close to the airport, downtown Anchorage and Kincaid Park where I was attending an event. I felt safe and enjoyed the quiet location.The host was terrific, and easy to contact. I’d definitely stay here again. “

„We stayed in the Happy Bear for a swim meet weekend. Perfect place to rest and recoup each night and get ready for the next day. Quiet easy to find location, very comfortable and well decorated place. Great hosts.“

„We only stayed one night to be close to the airport for an early morning flight. This 4 bedroom option was much cheaper than 4 hotel rooms and was way more comfortable! House was clean, beds were comfy, had basic supplies needed, hot tub was nice to use to relax the night before. “

„The property is a really nice place to stay. Very quiet neighborhood. Close to the airport. Very well maintained and stocked. The only time we didn’t like was the couch in the living room. It got very uncomfortable after a while. It needs better cushions or a better couch. Even with the couch issue I would definitely stay there again.“

„We traveled to Anchorage for spring break week. This property was perfect for what we needed. It was the perfect location for us. The house was within walking distance of shops, parks, museums and restaurants in downtown Anchorage and a 10 min drive from anything else that we needed to get to in town. The house was very clean. “

„Nice comfortable Vrbo. Quiet, modern decor, clean, great internet access. Perfect for work and site seeing.Best to access property from the North and C street /23rd. If you use A street go south to 16th, turn left and go to C southbound to 23rd.Google Maps and Waze try to route you thru the Fireweed Bldg parking lot and to 24th street which is really an alley by lower 48 standards. Seeing this makes the property appear to be located in a sketchy area. It is NOT a sketch location. Quiet, ...

„Good communication with manager. Easy access and good central location. Very clean. If you are looking for a fancy lower 48 condo you may not be happy. I really liked this place. Very clean nice apartment. Great bath and shower. Fully equipped kitchen. HUGE TV. Only suggestion black out shades in the bedroom for summer. “

"The Hotel Interior is super modern. The Hotel room was perfect and also the bath room. In the room there is a Coffee machine with really good coffee. The front desk staff are very welcome and super helpful. The restaurant is also a perfect choice! Thanks for a perfect stay. "
