„A fantastic property set in quiet, idyllic surroundings. A great layout and had all mod cons that you could think of. The pictures do not do it justice and we will definitely be back. Our only issue which was out of the owners control which was a power cut to all of the surrounding area due to Storm Darragh, but they were on hand to do everything they could to assist during it. “

„Wir waren mit 5 Personen 9 Tage im Haus und fanden es sehr gemütlich dort. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht (außer einem Föhn). Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Lediglich im Wohnzimmer hat uns ein Sitzplatz gefehlt, die Sofas sind für 2 Leute in Ordnung, aber für 3 zu klein. Insgesamt war es im Haus schön.“

„Stayed whilst visiting one of our children who is studying in Exeter. Lovely peaceful location, 15 minute drive from the city centre. Would definitely stay again. “

„We were visiting our son studying at Exeter University for the semester. Convenient by car. Ample parking. We loved the Guidebook put together by the property manager. It was extensive and instructions were clear. The only thing we had to hunt for was the linens/covering for the hideaway. Kitchen had what we needed for cooking. Thanks!“

„An attractive and very comfortable cottage for our family of 4 adults plus 2 small children. Comfortable bedrooms and good bathroom facilities. The kitchen is quite small but worked well though could have been better equipped (a couple of extra bar stools would have been useful and more glasses and crockery - ideally free of chips). We enjoyed the garden and grounds and Nikki was a very welcoming and responsive host.“

„This was our second visit. We love it because of the location. Just off the motorway but far enough to have peace and quiet. Beautiful area with lots to sed and do. Host is amazing. Everything you need is provided including a beautiful welcome pack.“

„The property is amazing. Every bedroom is large and spacious and the king size beds are very comfortable. The dining room, sitting room and bar are perfect for a large group. The grounds are superb and blessed with great weather, we spent some great hours in the garden, sitting back and enjoying a drink. As a group who have booked large properties of this kind every year for the past 11 years, it was unanimous that this was the best one yet.Thank you Sam and Jo.“

"Sehr schönes, zentral gelegenes Hotel direkt an der Kathedrale, auf die man von der Rooftop-Bar eine tolle Aussicht hat. Frühstück, gastronomischer Service und Zimmerservice insgesamt im mittleren Niveau für die Hotelkategorie. Ab der zweiten Nacht wurde beispielsweise kein Trinkwasser mehr im Zimmer bereitgestellt. Klare Absage an die sog. „Luxury Spa and Treatments“, nachlässig und unmotiviert geführt und die gebuchte Maniküre kann bei größter Nachsicht nur als völlig unprofessionell angesehen werden. Das Ergebnis sind völlig ruinierte, unansehnliche Nägel, und das zu hohem Preis. Ein Beschwerdemanagement existiert anscheinend nicht. Schade…"
