„We had a fantastic stay. The lodges are tastefully and thoughtfully decorated with extra touches eg original art work, vases, lamps, throws etc which make you feel very special and cared for. „Beautiful place to spend Christmas. Serene, with the waves crashing below. It felt very christmassy especially with the tasteful decorations that had been arranged at the property. It has a very well stocked kitchen, is very comfortable and clean – it’s just the perfect to hang out and cook. Lovely walks close by and a shortish stroll in to Salcombe. „Poyers Farmhouse is a perfect cottage for 2 families and 2 dogs. The rooms are all spacious and quirky and work really well for 2 families. We found everything we needed and the hot tub and garden were appreciated by everyone. It is in a great location, walking distance to the Tarka Trail, Braunton and a good pub 5 minutes walk away. schmutzig, alt und schlechter Service
"Der Hotelmitarbeiter hat unseren Vorhang runtergerissen, welcher für den gesamten Aufenthalt (2 Nächte) nicht wieder aufgehängt wurde, obwohl es uns versprochen wurde. Wir konnten es nicht selber erledigen. Dadurch war es frühmorgens schon sehr hell und wir haben nicht gut geschlafen. Das Badezimmer wurde nicht gereinigt. Obwohl wir dies meldeten, wurde nichts unternommen und auch kein anderes Zimmer angeboten. Das Hotelzimmer war ausserdem extrem alt und abgenutzt. Viel zu teuer für das was man bekommt. Nicht zu empfehlen. "
