We stayed here with a group of eight for the Bedford Fall Foliage Festival, and the location was ideal—only about 15 minutes from downtown Bedford. The home’s open layout made it easy for everyone to gather in the common area, relax, and enjoy games together.Communication with the host was excellent. They were very responsive, and the check-in instructions were clear and detailed, making our arrival smooth and stress-free.The pickleball court was a great bonus—we really enjoyed getting in a few games during our stay!One consideration for those traveling with older guests: while the king suite on the main level is conveniently located near the main bathroom, the three additional bedrooms are upstairs and accessible via a fairly large staircase. There is no dedicated bathroom on the upper level, so guests staying upstairs will need to use the main-floor bathroom. We adjusted our sleeping arrangements to accommodate this, and it worked out fine—but it’s something to be aware of if anyone in your group has difficulty with stairs, especially at night.Overall, we had a wonderful experience. The home is spacious, family-friendly, and well-suited for group gatherings. We would absolutely stay here again if we return for the festival!
