„Sehr schönes, originelles Resort am See in Kerala. wir waren in einem der uralten Bungalow mit Blick auf die Flussmündung in den See und trotzdem sehr ruhig gelegen. Die ganze Anlage und Hoteleigenen Angebote sind auf Erholung zugeschnitten. Superfreundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Der SPA-Bereich kann wärmstens empfohlen werden. „Eine zauberhafte Anlage in wunderbarer Umgebung mit viel Atmosphäre. Leider hatten wir das Pech, dass rund um die Uhr einige Pavillions umgebaut werden, was auch notwendig ist. Das Personal ist sehr bemüht und sehr freundlich, aber es muss noch ziemlich viel lernen was guter Service ist.“

„Die Bungalows sind sehr komfortabel eingerichtet. Das Badezimmer ist großzügig angelegt. Nebst der normalen Dusche hat es noch eine weitere unter freiem Himmel. Highlight der Anlage ist der 100 Meter lange Pool, in dem man durch die Anlage "spazieren" kann. Sehr freundlicher Staff, alle Wünsche werden sofort erfüllt.“

„Very poor service! Disappointed. Though they have renovated the rooms, it looks good but the service is very poor. Booked 3 rooms for 2 nights. In one room AC was not working and we complained almost 5 times and nothing done! Even the restaurant once famous for good food now I regret going there. Food is oily and can sense its re-used oil.“

„Großartig! Jeden Abend gibt es eine Gratissonnenuntergangsbootsfahrt. Das Freiluftbadezimmer hat mir besonders gefallen. Nicht zu vergessen, der Infinitypool. Manchmal gab es kleinere Kommunikationsprobleme weil das Personal meist nur gebrochen Englisch spricht und ich kein Hindi kann.“

„Hotellet har en relativt stor pool som ligger centralt i hotellområdet. Från poolen har man vacker utsikt över sjön. Rummen är av standard-karaktär, men de är rena och har luftkonditionering. Badrummet var något slitet. Personalen är mycket trevlig och hjälpsam. Det finns inget att göra utanför hotellområdet och inga promenadområden. Maten är fantastiskt god och mycket prisvärd!“

„I am sorry to say, but the hotel was not worth the money. We paid 150 Euro for a night and for that money I expect way more than was offered there. We received a room without windows there was food tears on the floor, the wall were torn down partially and you could see the plumbing and it was super loud. It was not my first time in India and I booked rooms for much less money that were way better. Will not recommend .“

„We booked a pool villa which was spacious and allowed for an extra bed and selerate room for our teenage son. The villa was clean with good amenities, the pool was nice for cooling off when the main pool was busier but was a little small. The main pool area was lovely and warm with view of the lake and much needed lake breeze. There isn't much in walking distance but the main attraction is the lake and views. When strolling through the property, we had to watch our step due to goose droppings. The pool area was enjoyable due to the lack of other guests, but housekeeping was disappointing—old towels from the previous day were left until we requested them to be cleared. The restaurant offered good food but had limited vegetarian options and a less relaxed atmosphere. Activities like boat tours seemed overpriced, so we opted for private bookings. Overall, a mixed experience with room for improvement in maintenance and service."
