"Hotel was clean and spacious. All good except no one to allow you in when you just arrive, (so we were literally knocking doors and asking other guests to let us in at 12 in the night)or if you forgot your key your locked out for night or in our case they asked us to personally hand over special fob on final day ( our door key never opened with the key so we were given a special fob). At time of departure no one at reception."

"Location is off the beaten path just enough out of the hustle and bustle of the city but within close enough proximity to get to quickly. Fantastic apartment - clean and updated, staff were helpful and friendly!! Only drawback is Parking but that’s citywide. There is no parking garage connected with the apartment so plan wisely. "

"Gorgeous well appointed apartment, very comfortable, safe neighborhood. Our stay here made all other places seem not as great. Spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and everwe needed in the kitchen. Loved our stay. Near Schonbrunn palace which is lovely for walks and running, but note this location is not near the city centre where other tourist attractions are. "

"The apartment was both modern and spacious, with a cooker and fridge. The shower room was huge, and the bed too. The apartment is just a short walk from Vienna Hetzendorf train station. The only thing missing from the apartment really was a kettle for us Brits to make a cuppa. There was a coffee maker. 😁"

"This unit did not have an outside door key, but the telephone entry option is perfect (unless your phone is dead). I think the previous resident lost the outside door key, as 2 other units I have rented contain the outside door key. The buildings are a bit older and dusty, but everything works, and inside the unit everything is clean and modern and sufficient. The value is excellent and I plan to order from Check Vienna on my next trip to Vienna."

"This hotel was a RIOT! Let me first say, would *absolutely* stay here again. Stayed with young kids in summer. Convenient location via subway/bus to train station, zoo/palace (15-min walk to edge of palace grounds), downtown, etc. Lovely, safe neighborhood; grocery store just steps away. Had read reviews & knew the exterior of the building did not reflect the quality of the room inside. However, the outside & entrance of this building is SO rough & derelict-looking, that even our Uber driver...

"Communication and check-in was excellent and easy. The apartment was clean but furniture was basic, stove was missing trays, we only stayed overnight so this was not a big problem and I am sure they would have addressed this the next day as the help line was excellent. The area around the apartment is working class Vienna a playground with in 5min walking distance. "

"The location was not the easiest to navigate to on bicycles, however once we arrived everything was great. The staff was super helpful in orienting us to the public transportation system and we were able to easily navigate with their help."

"Room is super clean and front desk were always friendly and efficient. Breakfast has variety food - it was only me who don’t like processed meat so I had only twice there. Cleaning crew were a little pushy - that I had quiet signs hung up yet they still come-in, consistently. This morning they tried again just after 8am while the check out time is 12.
