„Good stay bathroom needs updating bedroom not very warm lighting not good for reading “

„Very interesting set up at the Rooms, loved the decor and the big lounge area. The little touches such as milk and water in fridge, and the dog basket, was really good. The decor in the bathroom on one side was dated and the towel rail had come away from the wall.. but everything was clean and presented very nicely. A good place to stay for a short trip.. many thanks “

„Great location close to the sea town near by everything was just perfect, especially Vicki our host, was there if and when we needed her, I would 100% recommend this place, garden was beautiful, plus parking just ourside apartment private, apartment was just like home everything to detail, I can not fault it to be honest, deffo coming back.“

„This is a lovely place to stay. The staff are very attentive and friendly, breakfast was excellent with good quality products…. I didn’t have dinner at the hotel, but the menu is varied and the people I saw eating seemed to be enjoying themselves. It’s less than 10 mins from the A38, through country lanes which makes you feel as if you are a lot farther from the hustle and bustle than you actually are…..a gem of a find and I will be back….“
