„We looked at so many different places to stay, this being our first time in Torquay. Boy did we pick the right spot. Breathtaking views, and despite being an older building, everything was in order. Spaceous apartment with everything we needed, fabulous sourroundings and amenities. The "Ocean view" bar was hard to leave... and the pool was in use every day by our kids. We would love to come back !“

„Fantastic property in great location. Comfortable bed and sofa bed. Spotless clean. Safe gated courtyard with key code access shower and hairdryer were great! Everything you’d need other than a fan for when it’s really warm. Still 5 star review though.faultless !! “

„Fabulous house ,photos don't do it justice,suitable for all ages,vast array of amenities,pool and hot tub well used and enjoyed BBQ outside ,take a hairdryer with you tho as only thing I couldn't find .would highly recommend,seems expensive but not for you have , communication with booking site and hosts was excellent too , perfect location but be aware satnav takes you slightly off ,we missed the driveway twice lol ,we as a large party will definitely go back .“

„Wir haben ein sauberes und gut eingerichtetes Ferienhaus vorgefunden. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist sehr einsam, so dass wir für Unternehmungen immer das Auto benutzen. Das war uns aber vorher bekannt, daher kein Problem. Zum Einkaufen war es nicht weit und das nächste Pub war genau eine Meile entfernt. Wir haben viele schöne Ausflüge gemacht und unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das war unser erster Urlaub in Süd-England und wir werden sicher noch einmal ...

„We rented a one bed flat at Vomero apartments in July 2025 and found it to be a gem of a period property with outstanding views from the balcony overlooking Torbay. The town is accessible. Louise and Sean were considerate hosts with fantastic quality of service. Highly recommend. “

„Great location to then go into Dartmouth“

„We stayed at Church View for our annual family holiday. The house was spacious for the 10 of us with lots of space to socialise and play games. The beds were super comfortable and the patio area with ample seating and BBQ was a great addition! The town and beach were a short walk away - making it an ideal location. We would recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay by the coast. “

„Beautifull position, veiws outstanding, well equipted, very cosy, and clean, In a brilliant postion for walking and relaxing, also just a quick hop across the ferry to vibrant Dartmouth with many shops and restraunts. Carparking is a couple of minutes walk away, perfect. The property has a lovery patio where to relax and blow your mind as the sun sets. „Das war gut: - Lage war gleichzeitig ruhig und gleichzeitig zentral - viele Wanderungen möglich - unkomplizierter Check-in Das war nicht so gut: -Gartenmöbel waren verrostet und sehr alt -WLAN hätte extra beantragt und bezahlt werden müssen - keine Waschmaschine, obwohl bei FeWo so angegeben - kein Tisch, nur Tresen mit Hockern (mit Kindern etwas unpraktisch) Für 5 Nächte war es in Ordung.“

"This hotel has to run a lot of renovations. Paint get’s off the wall on the outside everywhere and pigeons’ dirt at all windows. They also stay there the whole night. We had a room just next to the kitchen’s air conditioning. What a noise. Gym equipment very outdated and partially broken and unusable. Never seen shower curtains in hotels for years - but here you will find them unfortunately. And mold around the small window of the bathroom, where you also can talk to the pigeons whilst sitting in the loo. My tip - bypass this hotel. "
