„We looked at so many different places to stay, this being our first time in Torquay. Boy did we pick the right spot. Breathtaking views, and despite being an older building, everything was in order. Spaceous apartment with everything we needed, fabulous sourroundings and amenities. The "Ocean view" bar was hard to leave... and the pool was in use every day by our kids. We would love to come back !“

„Had a lovely stay in Smugglers cottage despite the wet weather but were very comfortable to stay inside when needed . Great location to all the amenities on offer in Dartmouth. Apartment very well equipped and modern . Shower a little difficult to adjust but maybe due to water pressure ? Perhaps an electric shower might help ? Will certainly be back again 😊“

„The property benefits from a fantastic view across Brixham harbour which bustles all day. I personally loved watching the comings and goings from the large upper deck with a coffee or glass of wine.As has been said on many other reviews, the property is laid out over 4 floors and the stairs are quite steep. So if you have mobility problems it may be challenging to reach upper bedrooms. There are however twin and double bedrooms on the ground floor which should help mitigate the impact of too ...

Just one issue was the lack of response from the emergancey contact number on the hotels.com confirmation email.....when we could not get in the property, and the key was not in the key safe!.....still waiting for an answer to our call & text.....very poor. We managed to find the key, and text the owners, who replied promptly and were lovely.“

Finding the accommodation proved a little tricky, and we suggest approaching via Coronation Rd on arrival, not down Shadycombe Rd Hill. Easy communication with hosts & property manager, all very helpful and we thoroughly enjoyed our weekend, thank you! “

"Sehr zentrale Lage, direkt an der Promenade. Nur ca. 10 Minuten Fußweg zum Bahnhof bzw. Busbahnhof. Daher sehr gute Möglichkeiten nach Torquay, Brixham oder Dartmouth zu kommen! Parkplatz zu teuer, man hat aber kaum eine Möglichkeit woanders zu parken. Zimmer gerĂ€umig und sehr sauber!"
