     Amenities

     Soak up the sun as it rises over the east-facing lanai with the sparkling pool. A screened-in lanai with covered dining space and seating really makes for the best of outdoor living.

     Location:

     Canal direct access to Lemon Bay and Stump Pass. Guests are welcome to use the small ramp for kayak launching and tie your small boat to the dock.

     Kayaking is fantastic from this condo, as it leads right out to an incredible preserve (Bill Coy) and is where a popular launch area is located for kayaking and paddleboarding.

     BBQ use included in guest stay, if BBQ is not clean upon guest departure an additional fee will be charged to the guest for cleaning.

     Pool heat is an additional cost PLUS TAX. In order to heat the pool, the additional cost must be paid.

     Garage not for guest use. 

     Distances:

The beautiful beaches of Englewood and Boca Grande are just a short drive away.

Publix is just a few minutes away, Walmart is about 10 minutes away.

Access to the Boca Grande Causeway is less than 15 minutes. 

Cape Haze Links Golf Club and Coral Creek Club are just minutes away as is Rotunda Golf and Country Club. 

Dock your boat just steps from the house!

The public boat ramp is 10 minutes away at Ainger Creek Park with easy access to the seawall to tie your boat.

     We will provide a welcome pack including the following:

1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom

1 roll of paper towels

2 packets of dishwasher detergent

2 packets of laundry soap

hotel-size shampoo and bar soaps per bathroom

Garbage can liners in each bedroom/bathroom small garbage cans

Any supplies beyond this are up to the guest to replenish, we do not restock these items.
