Total bedding includes one king, three queens, and one twin.

The kitchen is fully-equipped with everything you will need to prepare all of your party's homemade meals and snacks throughout your stay. It has a refrigerator with an attached ice maker, a dishwasher, an oven, and a microwave, as well as bonus features like a Keurig coffee machine and a blender. It is the responsibility of pet owners to ensure that they clean up after their pets (i.e., picking up waste from property grounds). Should the guest fail to do so, an additional fee of $100 will be charged to the credit card on file.

(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.
