„The hotel is in an interesting spot with a zoo, rose garden and winery (already closed when we came) to explore. Upon arrival the receptionist wasn’t able to leave the reception. As a result we had to deal with unloading our four suitcases and bags ourselves. Upon check-in we realised that our request for connecting rooms wasn’t attended to. One didn’t receive the additional comments made via the Expedia booking. The two Heritage rooms were small and a bit worn down.

„Shuttlebus von und zum Flughafen war sehr gut. Dafür muss man aber das Hotel anrufen, was nicht einfach ist, wenn man nur auf der Durchreise ist und das Mobiltelefon vor Ort keinen Empfang hat.
Das Hotel ist ganz in der Nähe des Flughafens, ansonsten ist die Lage nicht besonders gut (kaum Restaurants oder Geschäfte in der Nähe).
Das Zimmer war ok und sauber, aber nicht besonders toll. “

„I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel!
The staff support was outstanding – incredibly attentive, helpful, and approachable. I misplaced my pajamas during my stay, and although they couldn’t be recovered, the team went above and beyond in their efforts to assist me.
The hotel itself is fantastic: spotlessly clean, modern, and stylish. It’s also super centrally located, making it perfect for exploring the area. And the pool? Simply amazing – a true highlight!

We stayed 6 nights and booked a studio suite about 3 months in advance. We were put in 1st (of 6! floors). After asking to be moved, we were moved within 1st floor.
