„Schöne Unterkunft. Sehr gute Anbindung an Florenz mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal.“

„Very nice property and clean rooms. Restaurant on site was very good.“

„I stayed at Guest House Bel Duomo in Florence for three nights and overall had a pleasant experience. The biggest advantage of this guest house is definitely its location. It is extremely central, located right at the famous Duomo Square next to Florence Cathedral, and less than a 10-minute walk from Firenze Santa Maria Novella railway station. This made it very easy to explore Florence on foot and conveniently arrive from the train station. The building itself is quite old and does not have ...

„Sehr freundliches Personal, immer behilflich.

„The room was perfect. We had a beautiful courtyard to sit in. It was easy to find. The keyless remote entry was easy to use and accessible to each of us. Everything was within walking distance. The bus stops were nearby and easy to use to get to places if in a hurry and not wanting to do all the walking. Neighborhood was nice and safe.“

„We experienced freezing night without heat the management's explanation was rude and combative. It was not fun!!!“

„The room was clean, reasonably priced, and very cozy. Even though it is right in the city center, it was completely quiet inside—you don’t hear any of the city's hustle.“

„It is a bit far from Florence's main sights (20-30min walk) if you plan to explore the city on foot, and the first 10 minutes of the walk are not particularly picturesque. For us, it felt somewhat overpriced at €500 per night, considering it was essentially a nice room without many amenities or additional services. It felt more like an apartment rental than a boutique hotel. There is no front desk; instead, communication is handled through a single contact via WhatsApp. That person was helpful ...

„I thought the text messages were confusing. It was very stressful to check-in online and even more stressful to actually enter the building and the apartment. “
