„Schönes luxuriöses Hotel! Im Finanz District gelegen. Für Europäer sind die Matrazen sehr hart, für Asien normal. Der Chef des Hauskeeping war sehr zuvorkommend, nach Topperauflage schliefen wir viel besser! Auch Essen und Service im Botticino (italienisches Restaurant im Hotel) hervorragend. Spezielles Dankeschön an unseren Kellner Lucky, sein Service war top!“

„It was a wonderful - as always. I stayed with Courtyard by Marriott some times already when I work in Andheri area. Service is always great and attentive. Unfortunately I forgot two unimportant items in my bathroom. As I will be back in Mumbai in some days only I asked if these could be stored so that I could pick them up. Unfortunately I never received a reply on my email which I had sent to the email id given to me from the concierge in case I would need anything.“
