Doorman was very helpful, welcoming and the nice gentleman at the front office was equally friendly, professional and check in only took a few minutes. The room, pleasant and quietly located was on the twelfth floor and on top of that I got an upgrade and was lucky enough to stay in a corner suite which was as big as my apartment. It felt like a luxury stay where every detail was taken care of. The view was beautiful, with the CN Tower right in front of me. „Really great facilities and incredibly kind staff, also towards our kids, especially at reception and bar. Very good value for money at the rate we have booked. Access to public transportation is 10-15 minutes to walk (with kids) and the neighborhood probably reflects the current reality in cities like Toronto: drug addicts and homeless people. Would book again if back in Toronto.“

Wir haben eine Rundreise gemacht und dies war mit Abstand der beste Übernachtungs-Ort. Die Kommunikation war sehr gut, die Parkgarage im eigenen Haus sehr gut. Die Lage und Ausblick hervorragend. nicht mal 10 Minuten zu Fuss waren wir mitten im Zentrum, wo das grösste Einkaufszentrum liegt.“
