The staff were excellent at assisting with check-in, which is all electronic (that's great), including scanning my ID, but it did not work for me. The check-in details come through email, and there is some searching for access codes. It is a bit surprising to have to walk through a restaurant for access to the hotel. The check-in and restaurant staff were very friendly, and everything there is new (April 2026).
The rooms were clean. The hotel is nothing more than rooms in a hallway. A bit of a claustrophobic room for the one that I was in. They could do better by offering a lower price point for the types of rooms they offer. You can get the same, with more breathing space (even a lobby provides some respite), in other areas.
The hotel web page was impossible to find. I had to go through expedia for reservations.
